  • Layer order can differ after restoring an older saved design

    For designs saved before the layer handling update, reopening a design can place a layer in a different order than when it was saved.

    Workaround: Reorder the affected layer once and save the design again to store the corrected order.

  • Order tracking summary can lag behind the carrier page

    The tracking summary shown with an order can display an older status than the carrier's own tracking page for a short period after a scan.

    Workaround: Open the carrier tracking link directly for the most current status.

  • Pinch zoom on the canvas can feel imprecise on smaller phones

    On narrow phone screens, pinch gestures on the canvas can zoom further than intended, which makes fine layer positioning difficult.

    Workaround: Use the on-screen scale control instead of pinch gestures for precise adjustments.
