Track Your Order
Find your order, read its progress, and know what to do when tracking goes quiet.

Every order moves through two distinct phases: production, where your mousepad is made, and shipping, where a carrier moves it to you. Knowing which phase you are in explains most tracking questions.
Finding your order
Step 1: Open your order details
Order progress is shown with the order itself in your CursorCulture account.
Open CursorCultureStep 2: Use your order information
Keep the order number from your confirmation. It is the fastest way to identify an order if you contact support.
Step 3: Use the tracking information once shipped
When the order has been handed to a carrier, tracking information becomes available and the carrier takes over the updates.
Production versus shipping
| Phase | Handled by | What is happening |
|---|---|---|
| Production | CursorCulture | Your design is printed, assembled, and quality-checked. Tracking does not exist yet in this phase. |
| Handover | CursorCulture and carrier | The parcel is collected and scanned into the carrier network. Tracking may appear before the first scan. |
| Shipping | Carrier | The parcel moves toward you and the carrier publishes updates. |
Why carrier updates can take time
- Tracking numbers are often issued before the first physical scan, so a new number can look inactive.
- Carriers scan at handover points, not continuously — gaps of a day or more between updates are normal.
- Cross-border shipments pause during customs handling without necessarily showing a status change.
When tracking has not moved
Step 1: Check the order status first
If the order is still in production, no tracking movement is expected yet.
Step 2: Allow for the next scan
Wait for the carrier's next scheduled scan before treating a quiet tracking page as a problem.
Step 3: Re-check the tracking link directly with the carrier
The carrier's own page is sometimes more current than a summary view.
Step 4: Contact support with your order number
If tracking stays unchanged well beyond the expected timeframe, support can investigate.
